A: Yes, one-way. Typically we will schedule your call with other calls in the same area so the drive time (if any) is quite minimal and most often will roll into the hourly rate without any additional fee.

Q: I can install a fan by myself. Why do I need an electrician?
A: The short of it, you don't. If you are confident in correctly wiring the electrical connections, installing the fan-box mounting bracket and wiring/programming the switch and/or remote then welcome to the DIY (Do-it-yourself) Team! BUT, if you are not sure, call us for an appointment. Electrical wiring mishaps can be costly and dangerous not to mention that fans are bulky and heavy.
